Bo Lehmann is an experienced security professional with more than a decade of comprehensive industry expertise across operational management, high-security environments, and major infrastructure projects throughout Victoria. His career reflects a consistent trajectory of leadership, strategic oversight, and a strong commitment to community-focused outcomes.

Bo began his management career with Social Outcomes Security, serving as Site Manager for the Chisholm Road Prison Project—now Western Plains Correctional Centre—in Lara, one of John Holland's largest construction sites. His performance in this role led to his advancement to Regional/Operational Manager, where he oversaw multiple construction sites across Victoria. Throughout this period, Bo collaborated with prominent clients including VicConnect, McConnell Dowell, and CPB, ensuring high-level security operations and stakeholder coordination.

Over the years, Bo has contributed his skills to several respected security organisations, including G4S Court Services, Guarded Group, SunPharma, NSA Security, Reddawn Security, and MSS. His operational experience spans a wide range of functions: crowd control, unarmed and armed guarding, cash-in-transit, control room operations, screening and protection points, court security, and large-scale event and operations management.

In recent years, Bo has continued to hold senior leadership roles within the security sector, managing teams in high-security, restricted, and complex operational environments. He has since transitioned into the Department of Justice, further applying his expertise in security oversight and governance.

Now opening his own company, he wishes to provide the dedication of strong work ethics of years of experience to those that work under his guidance.

Bo's dedication to social welfare is deeply rooted in his family background. Growing up in a household that fostered more than 300 children, he developed a strong sense of service and community responsibility. His mother, Cindy Lehmann, was recognised with the Robin Clark Memorial Award in 2012 for her outstanding contribution to foster care—an influence that continues to shape Bo's values and leadership approach.
